MARY-KATE’S TEAM FIRST AT APT.

A witness at the scene of Heath Ledger’s death spotted Mary-Kate Olsen’s security team entering the actor’s SoHo pad minutes before paramedics arrived.

“I thought someone was having a heart attack, so I came over to see if I could help,” said Manhattan chef Joseph Cotto, who was in the area of Ledger’s Broome Street apartment Tuesday.

When Cotto moved in for a closer look, he spotted massage therapist Diane Lee Wolozin, who discovered the actor’s body, “freaking out” as she let Olsen’s beefy bodyguards in.

“They were the first people to arrive,” Cotto said of the security team.

“Then the paramedics and police turned up about two or three minutes later.”

Ledger was found dead in his SoHo apartment, where cops said they found sleeping and anti-anxiety pills.

The exact cause of the “Brokeback Mountain” star’s death is still under investigation. Full autopsy results are due in about a week.

Meanwhile, an entourage of teary-eyed loved ones left Ledger’s former Brooklyn home yesterday with suitcases as they prepared to say goodbye for the final time.

Several people, surrounded by a phalanx of security personnel, were escorted into a pair of black SUVs believed to be headed to the airport and bound for LA.
