Conservative bloggers Matthew Margolis and Mark Noonan yesterday filed a formal campaign-finance complaint against Hillary Rodham Clinton with the Federal Election Commission.
Citing reports in The Post and L.A. Times, the complaint cites apparent regularities in Chinatown-based donations. In once case, a donor is listed under an address for a hemorrhoid clinic where no one knew him.
