A Long Island mother killed her 5-year-old son when she accidentally rolled her minivan over him in the driveway of the family’s burned-out home, authorities said yesterday.
Christine Schilling told cops that she felt no impact when she hit him.
But when she got out of the minivan at 8:30 p.m. Sunday, she saw Jacob underneath with massive head trauma.
She began yelling for help, and someone called 911.
The boy was rushed from the Lindenhurst home on Riviera Parkway to Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip, where he was pronounced dead.
Police said no charges were filed.
The house burned down in 2005, and the family was living in two trailers on the property.
