MOGUL TIED TO TRAGIC SITE

A real estate company that owns the decrepit brick storefront that partially collapsed on two young brothers, critically injuring them, is linked to the millionaire owner of Manhattan’s swanky Russian Tea Room, according to state records.

The building is owned by Jacob Alan Corp. where real estate mogul Gerald Lieblich, owner of the famed eatery, is listed as a contact person for the building, according to state and city records.

Lieblich is renowned for renovating the landmark Loew’s Paradise theater, just three blocks from 2260 Grand Concourse, where a 30-foot section of brick parapet broke off, trapping the two youngsters under hundreds of pounds of rubble Sunday.

Jacob Alan Corp. was slapped with a violation for negligence.

Gloria Santana, grandmother of injured Damien Rosa, 10, said doctors were trying to save his partially severed foot.
