ZENTNER, 37, AND HOLLANDER, 43

MARCH 25 – Forget the veil and tie, what was most important to Rich Hollander and Teresa Zentner was the missing chuppah. “Rabbi Broden arrived in excellent spirits and greeted Rich, when he realized he had forgotten the chuppah,” says Zentner, an employee at Hammond Security in Manhattan. Fortunately, Hollander suggested a white tablecloth attached to four wrought-iron torch holders, and the problem was solved. Under the makeshift canopy, Rabbi Ronald Broden united Zentner and Hollander, a senior director for Pfizer, before 75 family members and friends at the Highlands Country Club in Garrison, N.Y. Afterward, the Manhattan twosome joined their guests in dancing to a live jazz band and dining on smoked chicken, salmon and chocolate mousse.
