Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a man wanted for single-handedly raising the burglary rate in West Brighton and Westerleigh in the last month.

The burglar has broken into 13 homes through back windows in doors and stolen everything from TV sets to jewelry during his one-man crime spree, cops said.

The thief first struck on Jan. 19, when he burglarized a home on East Raleigh Avenue and then another on Willard Avenue. His last heist was on Thursday, when he looted a home on Joan Place, police said.

Authorities believe he was responsible for a 40 percent increase in burglaries in the 120th Precinct during the last month.

A Bronx man was busted for swiping more than $500 worth of razors from a Heartland Village supermarket, authorities said yesterday.

Orlando Reyes, 18, was caught red-handed trying to slip out of a Richmond Avenue Stop and Shop with a bag full of Mach-3 razors worth $541 at 1:55 p.m. on Wednesday, law-enforcement sources said.

Reyes is charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, according to a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

A boozed-up motorist landed behind bars after he was caught relieving himself on the side of the road in Bay Terrace, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.

Juan Centeno, 60, was caught urinating outside his 2005 Honda Civic at the corner of Redwood and Corbin avenues at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, authorities said.

When police approached him as he attempted to stumble back into the car, he said, “I was driving, and I just stopped to go to the bathroom.”

Centeno had watery, bloodshot eyes and smelled like booze, law-enforcement sources said.

He refused to take a Breathalyzer test, but police found an open bottle of gin in his left sock and a bag of cocaine in his right sock.

The Manhattan man is charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle while impaired and urinating in public, said a Donovan spokesman.

QUEENS

This is one of the thugs who stabbed a man to death as he walked home from a Chinese New Year celebration in Flushing last weekend.

The man and two accomplices accosted Hong Qi Zhang, 40, at the corner of Elder Avenue and Colden Street at 4 a.m. Sunday, cops said.

Hong struggled with his attackers and left a 60-foot-long trail of blood in the snow, while two friends walked ahead of him and “may not have even known that this was going on,” a source said.

The killers took Hong’s cellphone and jewelry.

An off-duty NYPD traffic agent was nabbed for harassing his former girlfriend in Sunnyside, authorities said yesterday.

Erody Lendof, 25, allegedly called his 30-year-old ex-gal pal repeatedly at her 44th Street home between Dec. 21 and Feb. 15, law-enforcement sources said.

He was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday and is charged with three counts of aggravated harassment and harassment, according to a spokeswoman for DA Richard Brown.

A woman was shot in the head by her boyfriend in St. Albans early yesterday, cops said.

Vuewa Prentice, 24, was blasted in the forehead by beau Rodney Greene, 38, inside her Williamson Avenue home at 2:50 a.m., police said.

Prentice was rushed to Jamaica Hospital in critical condition, and Greene was arrested at the scene immediately after the shooting.

A city exterminator was collared yesterday after he pulled a phony gun and claimed he was a detective during a fight with his neighbor in Briarwood, police said.

Edwin Torres, 51, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. when he allegedly told a neighbor on Queens Boulevard, “I am a cop. Relax,” during the brawl, authorities said.

Torres, off-duty at the time, was wearing a gold badge on a chain and was carrying an imitation pistol, police said.

He is charged with impersonating a police officer, weapons possession and menacing.

BROOKLYN

An elderly woman was struck and killed by a truck in Ditmas Park, authorities said yesterday.

Tamara Mirzakandova, 71, was crossing westbound on the Ocean Parkway service road near Ditmas Avenue when a white Ford pickup truck slammed into her at 2 p.m. Thursday, police said.

Mirzakandova was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 49-year-old truck driver, who was traveling southbound on the service road, was not issued a summons.

A man was repeatedly stabbed in the leg by his girlfriend’s father yesterday in Bushwick, police said.

The victim, 25, whose name was not released, argued with his gal pal’s pop inside a Willoughby Street building near Myrtle Avenue shortly before 2 p.m., cops said.

It is not clear what the pair was arguing about when the dad allegedly whipped out a knife and stabbed the man.

Cops caught up with the alleged assailant, whose name also was withheld, shortly after the attack.

The injured man was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
