Pointing to the assault of a 13-year-old girl by a flasher, two Queens legislators yesterday called on Albany to add public lewdness to the list of crimes requiring registration with the state’s sex-offender database.
“Not only are these perverts disgusting, they also become emboldened when they escape with minimal punishment,” said Councilman Peter Vallone Jr.
Vallone joined Councilman Leroy Comrie in St. Albans, where the girl was attacked Tuesday by a flasher who had exposed himself at PS 118.
