There won’t be any Mother’s Day cards delivered to 36 Florida Ave. in Commack, L.I.
That’s where Joseph Gelish, 20, menaced his mother Donna Biagini, 50, with a samurai sword during an argument.
Gelish fled when Biagini called Suffolk police following the Thursday-afternoon fight. Police arrived and began a search with police dogs and a helicopter.
Gelish was found in an abandoned home down the block and was taken into custody. Cops recovered the samurai sword – as well as other swords, a rifle and ammunition from Gelish’s home.
He was charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.
