12G BOUNTY ON TEEN’S BX. KILLERS

A $12,000 reward has been posted for information leading to the arrests of the thugs who murdered a young woman in The Bronx on Mother’s Day, authorities said yesterday.

Samantha Guzman, 18, was slain just weeks before she was to graduate from high school.

She was walking with friends on Washington Avenue just after 1 a.m. on May 14 when they were approached by a pack of four to five thugs who demanded money, police said.

As Guzman and her pals ran away, one of the thugs pulled out a gun and opened fire, police said.

Guzman was shot in the arm and leg. She was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where she died of excessive bleeding from a severely torn artery in her arm.

Anyone with information on the shooting can call CrimeStoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
