BROOKLYN

* A man standing on a stoop in Brownsville was shot to death last night, cops said.

Travis Lee, 20, went to his aunt’s apartment on Eastern Parkway because the water at his home wasn’t working. “He took a shower and just went outside to get some fresh air,” said Lee’s cousin, Patricia Zimmerman.

Lee was hit three times and pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital. The suspect is described as a dark skinned black man wearing a white T-shirt, tan shorts and a do-rag.

“Normally that stoop is packed with kids,” said Marie Keys, 47, a neighbor. “Thank God nobody else was out there tonight.” (lcf)

* A Dyker Heights restaurant patron was arrested for smashing an acquaintance in the head with a bottle, authorities said yesterday.

The incident began at 3 a.m. on July 11, when Zhiming Feng, 47, allegedly became incensed at the acquaintance over a camera the victim wanted to repair in the 11th Avenue eatery at 64th Street. Feng grabbed a bottle, allegedly struck the 30-year-old victim in the head and fled, sources said.

On Wednesday, the victim spotted Feng in a different restaurant and called cops, who arrested the suspect. He was charged with assault, menacing and weapons possession.

* A man was arrested for slashing his former roommate in Prospect Park, authorities said yesterday.

Sources said Okela King, 38, confronted the 42-year-old victim at about 6:45 p.m. on June 18.

For unknown reasons, King allegedly became agitated and pulled a knife. The victim grabbed King’s knife hand and the two tussled, sources said.

During the struggle, King allegedly cut the ring finger of the victim.

King surrendered to police Wednesday and was charged with assault, menacing and weapons possession.

* An NYC Transit maintenance man was arrested for slashing his live-in girlfriend in their Prospect Heights apartment, authorities said yesterday.

Jerome Hamlet, 52, argued with his 45-year-old gal pal in their St. Johns Place apartment near Underhill Avenue at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, sources said.

Hamlet picked up a butcher’s knife and slashed the woman’s toe, then allegedly threatened to kill her.

The victim called 911 and police arrested Hamlet, who was charged with assault, menacing and criminal mischief.

* A gun-toting thug who shot a man in Bedford-Stuyvesant surrendered after cops opened fire on him, police sources said yesterday.

Rik Washington, 21, shot his 23-year-old victim in the ankle at Jefferson and Lewis avenues on Wednesday in what authorities described as an ongoing dispute.

Washington fled, and police responding to a call of shots fired picked up a witness to the shooting, sources said. The witness allegedly spotted Washington on Madison Street and Throop Avenue.

Two officers confronted Washington, who was in possession of a .357 Magnum and wearing a bulletproof vest. During an ensuing standoff, the cops fired three shots.

Washington, who was not wounded, surrendered to the officers.

The shooting victim was released after treatment at Kings County Hospital.

QUEENS

* Police yesterday were searching for a thief who allegedly stuck up two Jamaica banks.

The unidentified suspect (above) first struck Jan. 23 at the North Fork branch on Jamaica Avenue near 160th Street. He slipped a teller a demand note and made off with an undetermined amount of cash.

The crook struck again Monday at the Carver Federal Savings branch on Archer Avenue near 158th Street, where he also passed a demand note and fled with cash.

* A police officer was arrested yesterday for beating his wife with a belt buckle in their Maspeth home, authorities said.

Sources said Amdrzej Steckiewicz, 27, assigned to the 94th Precinct in Brooklyn, exchanged angry words with his 30-year-old wife in their home at about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.

During the dispute, Steckiewicz allegedly hit his wife in the hip, sources said.

After police arrested Steckiewicz early yesterday, he was charged with assault and harassment, said a spokeswoman for DA Richard Brown.

Sources said the victim alleged that Steckiewicz had assaulted her before.

STATEN ISLAND

* Three people were busted when cops raided a New Brighton home, authorities said yesterday.

Husband and wife Dory and Tonya Jacobs, both 43, were arrested along with pal James Jordan, 23, at 6 a.m. on Wednesday after police executed a search warrant in the Hendricks Avenue residence, law-enforcement sources said.

Cops found a defaced, sawed-off shotgun under the bed in the sleeping couple’s bedroom and a bag of crack and two bags of marijuana stuffed in the living-room couch where Jordan was sleeping.

The three are charged with weapons and drug possession, according to a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

* Police seized three guns and arrested two brothers in Mariners Harbor, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.

Kayshuan Madden, 21, and his brother Donell, 20 were nabbed inside their home on Maple Parkway near Van Pelt Avenue at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, authorities said.

Kayshuan was sitting in his bedroom when cops came in and found a defaced .22-caliber revolver under the bed, law-enforcement sources said.

A further search yielded a 12-gauge sawed-off shotgun and a .38-caliber handgun.

Both brothers were charged with five counts of weapons possession, said a spokesman for DA Donovan.

* A man went on a shopping spree with a bank card he found at an ATM machine in Westerleigh, authorities said yesterday.

Alexander Wilson, 40, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday for allegedly making off with the card from a Commerce branch at Victory Boulevard and Manor Road on June 1, law-enforcement sources said.

Wilson allegedly used the card to buy $127.69 worth of merchandise at Lowe’s and Home Depot on June 11, authorities said.

Police identified Wilson as the thief from a bank security video.

He is charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and two counts of forgery and identity theft, according to a spokesman for DA Donovan.
