Mayor Bloomberg has a message for Brooklyn Bridge Park opponents: Sue me, too!
A Brooklyn judge yesterday allowed the city to join the state as a co-defendant in a suit seeking to halt the project along the Brooklyn Heights waterfront unless more than 1,200 luxury apartments are removed from the plan.
Robert Chira, the project opponents’ lawyer, said this makes “a David and Goliath situation” only worse, adding, “We don’t need to be fighting another Goliath.”
