There’s a new way to dissuade drunks from getting behind the wheel – a talking urinal.
The Wizmark will be offered free to some 100 Nassau County bars next week, the state Traffic Safety Board in Nassau County said yesterday.
“Hey, you! Yeah, you! Having a few drinks? Then, listen up! Think you’ve had one too many? Maybe it’s time to call a cab or call a sober friend for a ride home. It’s sure safer and a hell of a lot cheaper than a DWI! Make the smart choice tonight. Don’t drink and drive!”
Islip inventor Dr. Richard Deutsch said he has a captive audience.
“[The bathroom’s] the last place a guy visits before hitting the road,” said Deutsch.
