Here’s a first look at Trump Tower Philadelphia that Donald J. Trump, Don Jr. and Ivanka are launching Thursday night with a shindig for 700 celebs, featuring Patti LaBelle and The O’Jays. The 45-story, 528-foot tall Delaware River waterfront condo with 263 units was designed by William Alesker of Alesker & Dundon Architects.
