TEEN BUSTED IN GRANNIES SHOOT

The gunman who wounded two grandmas during a shootout at a Brooklyn housing project last Friday was arrested yesterday, police said.

Cops charged Carlos Howard, 18, in the Farragut Houses shooting that left Mary Parker, 63, and Ruthie Richardson, 61, both members of the tenant patrol, with minor bullet wounds.

Police said Howard, who was charged with assault and possession of a weapon, was one of two men who were firing at each other across the courtyard of the DUMBO building where the victims were sitting at about 2:30 p.m.
