SECOND-BREAST DEAL IN SCORES TAX SCAM

The second Scores honcho indicted in a $3.1 million skim scam pleaded guilty yesterday in a deal that promises him only four weekends in jail – and lets him remain manager of the two Manhattan clubs.

Harvey Osher, 38, of Matawan, N.J., got the generous deal after admitting in Manhattan Supreme Court to a single felony count of lying on his 2003 personal taxes.

Under the deal, he’ll have to work with state and federal tax officials to iron out his back taxes. His weekends away from home won’t start until next year.

“It’s a very [insignificant] amount, maybe low five figures,” said Osher’s lawyer, George Weinbaum.

Osher and his boss, Scores owner Richard Goldring, 36, of Watchung, N.J., had been hit with a 16-count indictment back in February, charging they hid $3.1 million in Scores income from tax officials by funneling it through dummy corporations and consulting companies.

Goldring pleaded guilty Wednesday to a single felony count of falsifying a state tax form. He’ll stay out of jail entirely and remain owner of the two clubs, on East 60th Street and West 27th Street.
