HATE CRIME RAP FOR TEEN SISTERS

Two teenage sisters were arrested yesterday for scrawling 15 swastikas and other racial epithets on the walls of a Brooklyn apartment building, police said.

Katie Wasson, 17, and her 15-year-old sister, who was not identified, were caught with the help of a surveillance video which showed them scribbling on the walls of a basement in a building on Knapp Street in Gerritsen Beach.

The sisters were charged with criminal mischief as a hate crime.
