A kidney patient who caught Legionnaire’s disease during his dialysis at a Westchester hospital has sued the facility.
Stephen Burke, 64, remains severely ill after breathing bacteria-tainted air at Sound Shore Medical Center. At least 19 cases of Legionnaire’s have been tracked to the hospital, officials said.
