STARR REPORT

Mackie’s back

Consuelo Mack launches her new show, “Consuelo Mack Wealthtrack,” this Friday on Ch. 21 (7:30 p.m.). The former CNBCer’s show is described as offering a “holistic” approach to investing, with advice on everything from stocks, bonds, real estate and collectibles. The show will be rerun 8 a.m. Saturdays on Ch. 13.

Speaking of new shows, supermodel Tyra Banks, who kicks off her new talk show in September, is being featured in a series of TV ads in which she says she was skinny and gawky as a kid – especially after a growth spurt when she was 11. But she got plenty of support from her mom, who she’ll no doubt talk about when “The Tyra Banks Show” begins its run Sept. 12.

Last, but not least:

* Ch. 9’s Barbara Nevins-Taylor receives the Gold Typewriter Award tonight at the Water Club.

* Ex-“Friends” star David Schwimmer, who’s in London treading the boards in “Some Girls,” appears on ESPN2’s Wimbledon coverage this morning (7-8 a.m.).

* Star report: Judge Judy Sheindlin gets her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next year.

* PBS’ “Nightly Business Report” kicks off a five-part series on “China’s Century of Change” tonight (6:30/Ch. 13).

* Tomorrow night: “ET’s” Kevin Frazier co-hosts The BET Awards Post Show with Jacque Reed.

* Tomorrow on DVD: “The Sid Caesar Collection” (New Video). Includes interviews with Carl Reiner, Woody Allen, Larry Gelbart and Mel Brooks.

* YES Network won two Promax & BDA Awards last week for sports program promotion and use of original music composition (simulcast of WFAN’s “Mike and the Mad Dog” show).

* Congrats to Dana Parinello, who’s joined UPN’s publicity team.

The Starr Report returns Wednesday, July 6.
