UNBORN BABY’S FATHER BUSTED IN GAL-PAL SLAY

A sanitation worker whose pregnant girlfriend was found floating in the Hudson River with a bullet in her head has been indicted for second-degree murder, police said yesterday.

Roscoe Glinton was arrested at a home in Far Rockaway, Queens, after a Manhattan grand jury decided he should stand trial for the April 3 killing of 33-year-old Lisa Eatmon, who was eight months pregnant, police sources said.

The Brooklyn man, who is the father of the child, quickly became the subject of the probe after Eatmon’s body was found.

Eatmon was last seen alive at 2 a.m. on April 3 when her 12-year-old daughter spotted her inside their Hegeman Avenue apartment.

Her corpse was found about five hours later floating in the Hudson.

Glinton is also considered a suspect in the unsolved murder of his first wife, Deborah, in Orange County.
