TINY CON FEARS RAPE IN BIG HOUSE

A diminutive violent criminal appealed for sentencing leniency for fear of being raped by bigger inmates.

The request came from the lawyer for Ambiorix Frias, who pleaded guilty to plotting robberies and “interfering with commerce.”

“He faces an extreme likelihood of sustaining a devastating attack,” lawyer Lee Ginsberg told Manhattan federal Judge Laura Taylor Swain. “Mr. Frias is very diminutive, almost to the point of being . . . childlike . . . He will be viewed as a target by long-term prisoners.”

Frias could get up to 10 to 15 years.
