STARR REPORT

Now THIS is a show Here’s a reality show after every New Yorker’s heart – especially those apartment dwellers living next to, above or below the infamous “neighbors-from-hell.”

Nash Entertainment, the folks who brought us “Outback Jack,” “For Love or Money” and “Who Wants To Marry My Dad?,” are offering a $50,000 reward to anyone who finds two feuding families to compete in the comedy/reality series “Loser Leaves Town.” The show will air on TBS and will feature battling neighbors dukin’ it out – with the “loser” moving away. Really.

The $50,000 finder’s fee is nice, but the two families chosen to star in the show will each receive (cut to Dr. Evil with pinky to mouth) $100,000.

Those interested can contact “Loser Leaves Town” producers at ltnshow.com or by calling (800) 605-5062.

Marcia Wallace (“The Bob Newhart Show,” “The Simpsons”) will try, again, to get the word out about her new book when she visits the Barnes & Noble Lincoln Center (66th and Broadway) on Monday, April 11.

Marcia was originally supposed to be here Jan. 26 to sign copies of her book, “Don’t Look Back, We’re Not Going That Way,” but cancelled her appearance after a big snowstorm belted the metropolitan area (she made it as far as Dallas).

She’ll be at Barnes & Noble at 7 p.m. on the 11th – granted Mother Nature cooperates this time around.

Last, but not least:

* NBC’s “The Office” bombed in its regular timeslot Tuesday, attracting 5.9 million viewers to finish fourth at 9:30 p.m.

* Tomorrow: Giants star Tiki Barber guest-hosts, for the second time, on “Fox & Friends” (7-9 a.m./Fox News Channel). He’ll fill in for Brian Kilmeade.

* Saturday (7 p.m.): Ch. 9’s Russ Salzberg hosts the one-hour “Yankees Reloaded” (Yanks air on Ch. 9 and YES).

* Former Ch. 5/”Tonight Show” correspondent Angela Ramos is the new contributing editor for Life & Style Weekly (as their on-air spokesperson).

* There’s something endearing about MTV2’s “Team Sanchez,” a ratcheted-up U.K. take on “Jackass.”
