‘HOOP EXTORT’ SURRENDER

The fourth man accused in the plot to extort $3 million from NBA star Carmelo Anthony turned himself in yesterday.

Omar Shabazz, whose alleged cohorts were arrested last week, pleaded not guilty to grand larceny and possession of stolen property.

Prosecutors say Shabazz and the other men plotted to tell Anthony that they had footage of him beating up another patron at the Club Babalu on West 44th Street in a September dispute over Anthony’s girlfriend, MTV host La La Vasquez.

The men wanted $3 million from the Denver Nuggets star to make the tape disappear, prosecutors said.

The four face 25 years in prison for the plot, which prosecutors say failed after Anthony’s people contacted cops.
