Gallagher’s Steak House (228 W. 52nd St.) will preview Breeders’ Cup with “Lone Star Power Lunch” handicapping seminar Tuesday, featuring our own John DaSilva. Admission of $50 includes three-course meal. Reservations: 212-245-5336.

ST RACE – Front-running One Tough Dude, used to sprinting first quarter-mile in :22 and change, got away with :23.1 stretching out to mile under John Velazquez, who had plenty of horse left for stretch run. Congressional Run tracked pace, went up after One Tough Dude on turn, continued on for second. Mark’s Mad at Me finished fast for third. Crafty Player, 9-5 favorite first start off Rick Dutrow Jr. claim, rallied wide on turn, spit bit.

ND RACE – Sweet Juliet, third at 7-2 in debut, was pounded to 3-5 for second start, went up early to chase pacesetting Shesmiopie, couldn’t keep up around turn, was being eased under wire. Renamed, Norberto Arroyo Jr. up, steadied along rail on turn behind tiring Sweet Juliet, swung out, rallied down center of track to break maiden, finally, in 12th start.

RD RACE – Nonour, making first start for Frank Russo since being claimed from Dutrow out of winning race at Monmouth for 12.5G, stepped up to 18G, sat off pace set by Burst of Dawn, cruised to lead outside under Joe Rocco on turn, dug in to repulse bid of even-money choice Credit Gal rallying up rail down stretch.

TH RACE – Once again, main-track-only won race that came off turf; ding-dong stretch battle as Comanche Star clawed past Emtyazat furlong out, dueled head-to-head with Moonlight final sixteenth, won bob at wire, also just holding off Storm Strip, who was flying late. Foist, 2-1 favorite, was in traffic on turn, swung out for racing room but lacked needed kick.

TH RACE – Not good day for odds-on favorites trained by Jim Bond. After Sweet Juliet went down in flames in second, 1-2 Such Grace set early pace to turn, then quickly backed up to finish sixth of seven. Lead changed hands three times as Tax the Queen blew past Such Grace turning for home, was caught by Ms. Will a Way rallying up rail deep stretch, who in turn was nailed by Priscilla’s Flag in final yards.

TH RACE – Second straight impressive effort by Potrisunrise; coming off 63/4-length romp for 25G, stepped up to 50G for Bruce Levine, tracked pace set by Sure You Can, surged to lead turning for home under Rich Migliore, easily repulsed outside bid by 2-1 Shake the Dice, drew off, was in hand at wire.
