CITY PROBES PLUNGE BOY’S FAMILY

The Administration for Children’s Services is investigating the family of the 3-year-old boy who fell to his death while home alone at the Unification Church’s Midtown headquarters, the Post has learned.

Jeffrey Lis plunged from the sixth-floor apartment a week ago, after wriggling through the sleeves of a window air conditioner.

His father, Peter, had gone to his job as a truck driver. He had asked a neighbor from the building, at 4 W. 43rd St., to “check in” on the toddler.

The neighbor said she looked in on Jeffrey three times in an hour, according to a police source. Around 10:30 p.m., she noticed the boy was missing and another resident called the police.

The barely breathing boy was discovered on a second-floor scaffold. He suffered massive head injuries and died shortly after at St. Vincents Medical Center.

“We’re investigating the incident now,” said ACS spokeswoman Lisi DeBourbon, adding, “We have no history with this family.”

The boy’s mother, Agnes, was attending a religious seminar in Korea when her son died.
