41 GUNS FOUND IN BIKER’S PAD

A Hells Angel biker who was busted in an upstate drug ring has been charged in Queens for keeping an illegal stash of 41 guns in his Douglaston home, authorities said yesterday.

Gregory Heine, 39, who is facing more than 20 years in prison on the drug charge, was arraigned Wednesday in Queens Supreme Court and is being held on $100,000 bail.

His lawyer, Ron Kuby, said the weapons arrest is bogus, claiming the firearms are all legally registered to Heine’s father, the owner of the house.

Heine, the former president of the New York City Hells Angels chapter, was charged with weapons possession on Aug. 17, four days after state troopers raided the home on a drug warrant and reported finding four rifles, two shotguns, 16 revolvers and 19 semiautomatic and automatic pistols.
