SLAY SUSPECT ON LAM, RELATIVELY SPEAKING

A Queens man was arrested yesterday in the bludgeoning death of his live-in lover, police said.

Ernesto Marmol, 60, also known as Ernesto Rosario, was busted last night while walking on Queens Boulevard with his lawyer, sources said. Charges against him were pending.

Marmol had not been seen since the body of Joselyn Rincon, 36, was discovered inside their Richmond Hill home by her aunt Monday morning, police said. The couple fought often, neighbors claimed.

It’s believed Marmol had been using family members to elude cops, bouncing around from relative to relative in Brooklyn, Queens and New Jersey, sources said.

Marmol had several brothers and sisters and 14 children with at least three women. He had two children with Rincon who have been placed in a relative’s care, according to a police source.

One son from Brooklyn who asked not be identified defended Marmol as a “hard-working, responsible man” who did the best he could “with the little bit he had.” But another son told cops he was abandoned at age nine.
