BROOKLYN

* A woman was raped at knifepoint in an East New York apartment building, police said yesterday.

Brandishing a knife, Anthony Cullum, 39, accosted the 40-year-old woman, with whom he is acquainted, in the building on Riverdale Avenue at 10:50 p.m. Sunday, cops said. He then allegedly dragged her up a staircase to the fourth floor.

After the woman was forced to take off her pants, Cullum raped her and fled to his nearby apartment, police said. Police captured him there and charged him with rape, sodomy, unlawful imprisonment and weapons possession.

* A robber pushed his way into the Crown Heights apartment of a 94-year-old woman, terrorized her and stole some of her possessions, cops said yesterday.

The victim was confronted by the unarmed man when she answered a knock at the front door of her apartment on Park Place at 7:30 a.m. Sunday.

The man told her he was there to check a meter, then pushed his way inside. He tossed the woman on her bed and threatened to kill her if she screamed for help. He then stole some property before fleeing.

The thug was described as a black man in his 20s, 5-foot-6, with braids in his hair. He was last seen wearing a green army jacket and blue jeans. Anyone with information should call the 77th Precinct at (718) 735-0602. Calls will be kept confidential.

* A homeless man was arrested yesterday in the stabbing of a homeless woman near the Boardwalk and Brighton Fourth Street in Brighton Beach. Mikhail Miliokov, 33, allegedly stabbed the unidentified woman in the neck and torso at 2 p.m. Sunday.

The victim was taken to Lutheran Hospital, where she was listed in stable condition. Miliokov was charged with assault.

* A 43-year-old woman was shot in the leg by an assailant who accosted her on a Fort Greene street, authorities said yesterday.

Michelle Brown was wounded at the corner of Washington and Myrtle avenues at 10:40 p.m. Sunday, when the unidentified man drew a gun and opened fire. The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where she was listed in stable condition.

* Fourteen swastikas were spray-painted on a wall in a Williamsburg apartment house yesterday – the second time in two weeks vandals have struck the building, where many Orthodox Jewish families live.

Maintenance workers discovered the graffiti as they were washing the hallways in the 24-story building at 541 Wythe Ave. at 1:30 p.m.

On Oct. 20, tenants discovered 10 to 12 swastikas scrawled in black magic marker on another wall in the building during the last part of the Sukkoth holiday. (s, lcf)

STATEN ISLAND

* A ski-masked gunman strode into a Livingston bank yesterday, demanded money from a teller and fled with $4,190 in cash, police said.

The robbery took place around noon in the Richmond County Bank on Castleton Avenue and Taylor Street. The thief was described as a 6-foot black man in his 30s.

* A 41-year-old man was arrested Sunday for damaging a truck on a Port Ivory street, authorities said yesterday.

Fred Cimato allegedly smashed the front and rear windshields of the vehicle at Holland Avenue near Richmond Terrace on Saturday.

He also slashed four tires on the truck and ripped off the driver and passenger side mirrors, cops said. He was charged with criminal mischief.

* A 20-year-old man was charged with grand larceny for allegedly stealing more than $1,000 from a man’s home in Graniteville last month, authorities said yesterday.

Amos Fully was arrested Sunday in connection with the Sept. 22 robbery at the residence on Birch Road near Yale Street at around 3 p.m.

MANHATTAN

* A civilian NYPD employee was arrested and suspended yesterday after she swiped office supplies at One Police Plaza, authorities said.

Marceena Muslim, assigned to the payroll section of police headquarters, was charged with petit larceny after the 11:15 a.m. incident.

* A 74-year-old woman apparently drowned yesterday after she slipped into a water-filled bathtub in her Upper West Side apartment, police said.

The body of Lillian Delmonte was discovered in her residence on West End Avenue and West 68th Street at around 8:30 a.m. (m)
