HUBBY CHARGED IN BEHEAD SLAY

A Queens cook was arraigned early yesterday on charges he strangled and then beheaded his wife – but investigators still aren’t sure how the woman’s bagged, headless body moved six blocks away from the spot where he’d allegedly dumped it in a suitcase.

Oscar Pilamunga, 24, was ordered held without bail on murder charges.

In videotaped and written statements to investigators, Pilamunga said he punched and then strangled wife Beatrice Yually, 23, a mother of two, inside their Jackson Heights apartment May 31, cops said.

The criminal complaint says he “sawed off her head” and dumped her torso in a suitcase on West 124th Street. Police found it two hours later on West 130th Street.

Police say Pilamunga said he put the head in a Dumpster in his neighbor hood, but it is still missing.
