A Long Island man attacked his girlfriend with a hot iron – causing burns and blisters on her arm, police said yesterday.
Nassau police said Derek Arms, 31, of 557 Duryea Ave. in Uniondale, assaulted his girlfriend during an argument at midnight Wednesday.
The victim phoned police, who responded and found Arms in the area with the aid of a police helicopter. They arrested him and charged him with assault.
