J.LO’S LOVE NEST; FIRST PEEK AT $16M MANSION

This is the stunning Georgia plantation that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez will soon call home.

The lovebirds shelled out $16 million for the 83-acre, waterfront spread on ritzy Hampton Island, 35 miles south of Savannah.

Neighbors say the majestic property is steeped in Southern history and resembles a set out of “Gone With the Wind.”

It was once part of a thriving rice and cotton plantation in the 18th and 19th centuries.

J.Lo and Ben’s new hideaway features a 10,000-square-foot main house with three huge bedrooms, three bathrooms, cavernous living and dining rooms, a study, an eat-in kitchen and several large fireplaces.

Nearby is an adjoining guest house for their high-powered Hollywood pals.

There’s also a private dock, miles of unspoiled riverfront and forest, tidal saltwater marshes, and some of the largest oak trees in the nation.

“It’s like stepping back in time,” said a source who’s toured the property. “Ben is totally taken with the place. It’s so beautiful and peaceful.”

Affleck has dreamed of owning a piece of Hampton Island ever since he filmed there with Sandra Bullock for their 1999 flick, “Forces of Nature.”

Bullock was so taken by the area’s beauty that she’s already bought property.

J.Lo and Ben’s new place was built by an Atlanta developer as a replica of a traditional old southern plantation.

The couple star together in two big movies this year: “Jersey Girl” and “Tough Love.”
