STAIN OF GUILT NAILED QNS. BANK BANDIT: DA

Suspected stick-up artist Andre Rogers was literally caught red-handed.

After a Nov. 21, 2001 robbery at a Greenpoint Savings Bank in Flushing, Queens, Rogers was found a block away, his hands stained scarlet from the exploding dye pack included in the money he was photographed taking, a prosecutor said at the start of his robbery trial yesterday.

“You got me,” Assistant District Attorney Nina Pirrotti said the defendant told cops when they arrested him.
