FILM buffs and scholars, take note: As of next week, a valuable new resource will be available on the American Museum of the Moving Image’s Web site.
For nearly 15 years, the Queens museum has been conducting interviews with top Hollywood actors and filmmakers and has amassed over 300 interviews in what are known as the Pinewood Dialogues.
Next Friday, transcripts and audio of these entertaining and educational chats with such luminaries as Mike Nichols, David Cronenberg, David Lynch, John Waters and Willem Dafoe will be available at http://www.movingimage.us, and each month a new dialogue will be added.
