Long Island cops say some wily thieves made off with $57,000 from an ATM yesterday after they cut a hole in the bank’s roof and snipped the wires to the surveillance camera.
The burglary happened between 2 and 4 a.m. at the Fleet Bank ATM office at the Philips Plaza Shopping Center on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.
Cops say the money was taken from the ATM and a cash drop.
