‘DWI’ COP FACES BIKER SLAY RAP

An NYPD cop faces seven years in the slammer after he was slapped yesterday with an eight-count indictment accusing him of running down and killing a Brooklyn motorcyclist while driving drunk.

The charges against Victor Wilson, 43, who was off duty at the time, include second-degree vehicular manslaughter and two counts of driving while intoxicated.

Wilson, a 12-year veteran who has been suspended from the force, could spend seven years in jail if convicted.

The horrific crash occurred at about 10:45 p.m. on June 22.

Wilson, who worked in the 120th Precinct on Staten Island, was making a left turn onto Fort Hamilton Parkway near the Verrazano Narrows Bridge when he breezed through a red light and slammed into motorcyclist Stephanos Kiliditis, officials charge.

Kiliditis, 21, of Bay Ridge, was hurled into the air by the impact and subsequently died of head trauma at Lutheran Medical Center.

Law-enforcement sources said at the time that Wilson failed a breath test administered at the crash site and later refused to take a second test.

Blood-alcohol tests taken five hours after the crash came back below the legal limit for driving drunk – 0.10 percent – the sources said.
