City officials lifted the 6-10 a.m. weekday ban on single-occupancy vehicles on three Manhattan entryways yesterday. Starting Monday, lone drivers can head into Manhattan via the 59th Street Bridge, the Queens Midtown Tunnel and the Lincoln Tunnel. The ban remains in effect for the Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg bridges and the Brooklyn Battery and Holland tunnels.
