Mob daughter Victoria Gotti yesterday officially ended her 18-year marriage to jailed hubby Carmine Agnello – and sources say she rushed the wrap-up partly for her “Dapper Don” dad, who’s battling terminal cancer in prison.
Victoria filed for divorce from Agnello in August 2000, after federal surveillance tapes indicated the scrap-metal king was having an affair with his bookkeeper, Debra DeCarlo.
Agnello, who admitted trying to bully competitors out of the scrap business, is serving nine years in prison for extortion, racketeering and arson.
The 41-year-old reputed Gambino crime-family soldier was also ordered to forfeit $10 million in his scrap company’s assets and to pay $950,000 in restitution to victims and $150,000 to the IRS.
