A school safety officer was arrested last night after he allegedly raped his former girlfriend inside the home they once shared, police said.
Luis Santiago, 35, lived with the woman in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn until a few weeks ago. The couple broke up after she told him to leave.
On Sunday morning, Santiago allegedly accosted her as she entered the house and raped her.
He was nabbed last night and charged with rape.
Santiago has been suspended from his job at Brooklyn School Safety Headquarters.
