SANTE RISKS DEATH TO BE WITH HER SON

Grifter Sante Kimes is so anxious to be with her son, she won’t fight efforts to send her to California – where she faces a possible death sentence when she stands trial with him in a Los Angeles murder, her lawyer says.

Kimes, 66, waived extradition and will be sent to California to stand trial for the 1998 fatal shooting of David Kazdin, 63.

Kenneth Kimes, 26, was extradited three months ago.

The Kimeses are serving sentences of more than 120 years in New York for killing socialite Irene Silverman, 82, in a scam to swipe her mansion.

They are accused of killing Kazdin after he threatened to expose their forgery of his name. Both pleaded not guilty.
