JENNA IN NEW BOOZE BRUSH WITH FAKE ID

Terrible Twin Jenna Bush, busted last month for underage boozing, is in trouble again – this time with sister Barbara and a couple of margaritas in the mix.

Cops in Austin, Texas, last night were investigating allegations that President Bush’s 19-year-old daughter Jenna used a phony ID to try and buy booze at a local Tex-Mex restaurant Tuesday night.

If they end up filing charges against her, and they stick, she’d have to be super-careful. A third run-in could land her in jail for six months under tough Texas three-strikes-and-you’re-out laws against teen boozing.

The incident began when the manager of Chuy’s restaurant called cops at 10:19 p.m. to report minors trying to buy alcohol, police said.

A Chuy’s patron claims he saw Jenna come to the bar and try to buy margaritas for herself and her sister using a Texas ID with her picture but someone else’s name.

The patron, who was at the restaurant again last night, told The Post that the bartender recognized Jenna and said, “You think I’m going to put my liquor license on the line for you?” and then called the police.

He said that when the cops came, several Secret Service agents wearing Hawaiian shirts, who had been waiting outside in Ford Explorers, came in and cleared the bar.

The police, in a statement, said both Jenna and Barbara “were alleged to have been involved in this incident.”

But police spokesman Kevin Buchman said Jenna was the focus of the probe and “we don’t have anything” on Barbara, a Yale University student who is supposed to be the quieter, more studious twin.

“As no offense was witnessed by [the Austin Police] officers . . . further investigation is required to determine if any charges will be filed,” the police statement read.

A senior Bush administration official told The Post that a “not happy” President Bush called Jenna from California.

Jenna, a University of Texas freshman with blond hair and a wild streak, pleaded no contest last month when she was busted for possessing a beer at an Austin nightspot while the Secret Service waited outside.

She wore pink Capri pants and a toe ring for her court date and was ordered to do eight hours of community service, take a six-hour alcohol awareness course and pay $51.25 in court fees.

Court officials said Jenna completed her community service, a day doing clerical and research work at the Mexic-Arte Museum, and has until July 18 to take the anti-boozing class.

Jenna also made headlines in March when she had her Secret Service agents pick up a male friend from jail after he was arrested at a wild drinking party in Ft. Worth.

Her lawyer, William P. Allison, didn’t return calls for comment and the restaurant refused to discuss the incident, although police said it was the Chuy’s manager who first tipped off the media.
