TWO TESTIFY IN ROGER PARDON CASE

WASHINGTON – A federal probe of an alleged pardon swindle involving Roger Clinton accelerated yesterday, with two men testifying.

Clinton’s lawyer, Bart Williams, said former President Bill Clinton’s half-brother would cooperate with prosecutors when he’s contacted by them, but stopped short of promising he’d testify.

As The Post reported last week, Manhattan U.S. Attorney Mary Jo White has set up a grand jury in White Plains to investigate a Texas family’s claim it was swindled for $235,000 for a pardon for a relative that was never delivered.

The pair who testified are believed to have talked about conversations they overheard involving Roger’s business partners.
