A Bronx dentist has been charged with sexual abuse for fondling one of his patients, police said yesterday.
Dr. Girish Desai, 52, was cleaning the teeth of a 19-year-old female patient Thursday afternoon when he allegedly startled fondling her.
The incident occurred in Desai’s Prospect Avenue office in the Morrisania section. The victim, whose name was not released because of the nature of the crime, reported the attack after leaving Desai’s office.
