GOLF STAR TIGER GOES 2 ROUNDS IN COURT

Golf great Tiger Woods is as busy in court these days as he’s been on the links, whacking Planet Hollywood into a legal sand trap and helping prosecutors score against a man charged with impersonating him.

Woods and three other sports legends are suing the embattled restaurant chain, claiming it breached their endorsement deals during its recent bankruptcy mess.

Woods, NFL Hall of Famer Joe Montana, and tennis aces Andre Agassi and Monica Seles filed the suit in U.S. District Court in Delaware, where the eatery went into Chapter 11.

The plaintiffs want Planet Hollywood to remove their names, images and memorabilia from its All-Star Cafe sports restaurants.

Their lawyer, Richard Chesley, says a judge terminated their contracts with Planet Hollywood last month.

Planet Hollywood owns three All-Star Cafes.

In Manhattan, the Official All-Star Cafe in Times Square shut its doors this year to resurface as a Planet Hollywood.

The lawsuit says the athletes’ contracts provide for compensation, including shares of stock, in exchange for their promotion of the All-Star Cafe.

But it says the contracts were broken during bankruptcy proceedings last year.

Meanwhile, Woods is testifying in the California trial of a man who allegedly stole his identity.

Prosecutors say Anthony Taylor, 29, made up to $20,000 last year by using the name of the world’s top golfer.

They charge that Taylor assumed the identity of Woods and used credit cards and a driver’s license with his name.
