COPS SUSPECT FOUL PLAY IN MISSING-FAMILY CASE

Three members of an East Harlem family have gone missing, and cops said yesterday they feared foul play.

Stephen Leung, 55, his wife Chilin, 41, and their daughter Connie, 17, were reported missing yesterday by Theresa Leung, an older daughter of the couple who lives in Brooklyn.

Theresa Leung told cops she last saw her parents Nov. 1, and that she hadn’t seen her sister, Connie, since Nov. 10, police sources said.

Detectives say they aren’t sure what happened to the three.

But on Monday, Emergency Service Unit cops pulled the body of an adult Asian man from the East River at East 61st Street they fear may be Mr. Leung.

Mr. and Mrs. Leung had been worried that Connie Leung had broken their rule against dating non-Chinese by going out with a black youth from the neighborhood, said police sources.

Detectives were trying to locate Connie Leung and her boyfriend.
