An 8- and a 9-year-old boy sexually assaulted a 7-year-old boy on a school bus carrying the youngsters home from a special-education school in Brooklyn on Tuesday afternoon, cops said last night.
The school bus was crowded with students when the attack occurred as the bus was at 78th Street and Flatlands Avenue, near PS 231. Police said the older boys forced the younger child to perform a sex act.
The bus driver was unaware of anything taking place, cops said.
The victim’s mother reported the attack yesterday. The older children were arrested last night and charged with sodomy. The case is being investigated by the NYPD Child Abuse Squad.
