Oops – she did it again!
First, Britney Spears outraged America with her skimpy outfits on MTV – and now she’s spilling her guts about sex.
The teen pop queen says she believes women can sleep with men without being in love.
And she reveals her favorite TV show is the racy, nudity-filled HBO series “Sex and the City.”
“Sarah Jessica Parker? I’m her,” Britney tells Elle for its October issue, the mag’s 15th-anniversary edition.
“And all the things that they talk about are so true. Like one show was talking about guys can have sex without love, so women can do it, too.”
But while 18-year-old Britney says she has girlfriends who sleep around without being in love, the still-virginal singer says that’s not her bag.
“I just really have to be into someone. If not, what’s the purpose?” she tells Elle.
Britney’s candid comments come just days after her teen-diva look went from nymphet to nympho at the MTV Music Video Awards.
She gyrated gamely in a transparent body stocking that made her look like she wasn’t wearing anything at all – save for a handful of sequins.
And that had parents of her teenybopper fans on fire – charging Britney with sending out the wrong message with her eye-popping bump-and-grind routine.
Britney also poses in numerous scanty outfits in Elle, several of which show off her ample cleavage.
The blond superstar, riding the charts with her album “Oops! … I Did It Again,” weighs in on the rumors she’s engaged to *NSYNC hunk Justin Timberlake – and confesses it was all a big joke on the press.
“I told him during my show I would wear a big-ass ring and [stick my ring finger out] just to keep people talking,” she says.
She says she and Justin do date and “when we go out to a club, it’s like we’re the only two people there. It’s for real!”
Britney – who is quoted using the F-word several times in the Elle interview – also slams critics who give her concerts the thumbs-down.
She denies she has ever lip-synced her songs and says she thinks about her idol Madonna when she gets upset.
