RAMSEYS HUNT PSYCHIC’S ‘KILLER’

JonBenet Ramsey’s parents have put up on their Web site a dead psychic’s composite sketch of a possible suspect in their daughter’s murder – whom the soothsayer saw in a vision.

The sketch, posted at the bottom of John and Patsy Ramsey’s Internet page, is based on the work of late psychic Dorothy Allison, who claimed she helped in unsolved police investigations.

“Have you seen this man? This man may have been in the Boulder [Colorado] area in December 1996,” the Ramseys say on the site.

“We firmly believe that this most horrible of killers will be caught based on information provided by people who care about right and wrong.”

The pint-sized, 6-year-old beauty queen was found beaten and strangled in her parents’ basement the day after Christmas 1996.

No one has ever been charged in connection with the slaying. Colorado authorities have kept the Ramseys under an “umbrella of suspicion.”

Allison’s vision of the man hit her while she was doing a television appearance in 1998. The psychic died last year.

Boulder Police Chief Mark Beckner would not comment on the sketch.

The sketch comes a week after the Ramseys’ lawyer announced they passed a private lie-detector test in which they denied any involvement in JonBenet’s death.

The couple, who now live in Atlanta, were queried three times last month by polygraph examiner Ed Gelb, after results from an earlier set of tests they took were deemed “inconclusive.”

In the second round of testing, Patsy Ramsey also denied that she penned the ransom note discovered in the family’s home hours before her little daughter’s body was found.

Beckner, who had demanded the couple submit to an FBI-administered polygraph, dismissed the results when they were released.
