Would you prefer flexibility over a shorter working week? 💡 Together with Entra ASA we hit the streets to ask a few people what they would choose: 1. Five days working week with flexibility in working hours and place 2. Four days working week with the same salary, but mandatory meetup at the office during core working hours Not surprisingly, people are divided on this topic, but if we look closer at our recent future workspace report, we can see that the younger workforce in a much higher degree would prefer meeting people at the office four days a week rather than keeping their flexibility. ⚡️ What are your thoughts on the 4 vs. 5 working week? It seems like it was January yesterday, and now we’re here, just about to head out for summer holiday! Looking back, we want to share some of the greatest highlights from the first half of 2024: 💡 We hosted an event about event planning, inviting a variety of people from the event business up on stage to share their expertise and helping all event planners to reveal the breaking point between hiring an event agency or going it on your own. 🔮 For the third time we celebrated World Future Day on the 1st of march together with experts within health, energy and space to make educated guesses about where these industries are heading in the future. 🪄 Apple Vision Pro came early to Epicenter, and we’ve had the pleasure of hosting exciting demo’s with our members. 📊 The future workspace is at the core of our business, and just like last year, we partnered up with Entra to investigate the state of the workspace. We launched the report, sharing our knowledge from our research of the market. 🎉 And last, but not least, as we always do, we invited our members for the occasional AW as well as parties to network and unwind a bit in an otherwise fast paced and somewhat hectic environment. … And the list goes on.  We are very much looking forward to everything we have planned for the fall and will make sure to spend the summer charging the batteries for whatever may come! It's been exactly one week since our legendary summer party, Summer Smash ⚡️🌸 Even though it was raining outside, the season was shining bright as ever indoors at Epicenter as we brought the feeling of a carnival to life. The vibrant decorations, upbeat music and the incredible energy of everyone present made it a night to remember. We had a magician who left us all in awe, a mechanical bull that tested our stamina, a medium who added an air of mystery and the best DJ in town - all whilst snacking on cotton candy, slush, pizza and delicious drinks 🪄🎡 Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make Summer Smash a phenomenal success.
