At Coty we are looking for a Trade Manager - Prestige Fragrances Calvin Klein & Regional Brands Benelux, within the Prestige Marketing Team - this function is around 90% data driven.
You will be responsible for several of our key brands, like Calvin Klein, Davidoff, Jil sander, Joop! & Escada. All key brands, representing around 30% of the Total Coty Prestige Portfolio.
Responsibilities
In this role your main goal is to ensure sustainable and profitable growth and to outperform the Market growth by having strong promotional activities, BIC launches, growing the base sales and having perfect executions instore and online. You are also responsible for defining the ambitious growth objectives and goals for your portfolio and you will be building and executing marketing plans that will boost the market share of these brands.
Performing a rich variety of tasks which are not limited to;
Design, define and execute yearly Plan including outlined vision, objectives, strategy, and tactics
Be accountable for total P&L and brand performance, sell-in and sell-out, stock data to set or adjust the right strategy
Use Market, consumer and retailer insights to adjust strategy and promo offer to market developments
Manage the marketing budget for the Brands effectively, seeking optimal return on investment and consumer driven activities to push consumer demand and define the right visibility and customer support.

The team consists of the Marketing Manager. You will work closely together with several departments such as PR/Influencer Marketing & Customer Service, Sales, Merchandising, Ecom, Finance and Supply Chain.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You will thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, diverse and international environment.
Other than that, you will have:
Degree in Marketing with minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance/Category Management role and experience in FMCG or beauty/luxury/lifestyle business is an advantage
Fluent in Dutch (preferably) and English, French is a big plus
Passionate about delivering data insights/business analytics
Very strong data & business analytical and commercial sense to ensure actionability of results and influencing successfully across locations (function is around 90% data driven)
Team player with strong passion for winning and a bias for action
Strong communication and negotiation ability
