Talent Acquisition Partner

Embark on an exciting opportunity with a global leader in the fashion industry as a Talent Acquisition Partner based in the Amsterdam area. In this role, you will take part in and support our client with finding future employees and colleagues by sourcing and discovering talent, and ensuring great relationships with candidates, employees, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners. Our client is currently growing fast, and for this position, they are seeking someone who has a good and strong eye for spotting talented people as well as someone who is committed to help them succeed with their recruitment.

Key Information:

• Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension.
• Immediate Requirement: Someone who is available immediately.
• Salary: 3000 - 3500 EUR gross per month

In this role, you will:

• Most of the time you will facilitate and coordinate all administrative aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring timely scheduling, candidate communications, and documentation management to support efficient hiring operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent that aligns with our client’s culture and values.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain the ATS system and job postings, as well as Update reports and systems weekly for dashboard and metric purposes

For this role, we are seeking someone who:

• Has coordination recruitment experience
• Has international recruitment experience
• Proven experience of recruiting for sales, marketing, and finance positions
• Speaks English fluently. If you speak another language, that is a big plus!
• You are immediately available and you are based in or near Hoofddorp
