Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end process of SAP solution implementation, taking charge from analysis to go-live.
  • Play a pivotal role in pre-sales alongside the sales teams, addressing technical inquiries and delivering impactful solution demos.
  • Collaborate with clients to innovate new processes beyond translating existing ones into SAP, leveraging our Customer Experience solutions.
  • Manage all aspects of implementation, including needs analysis, blueprint creation, technical design, and configuration, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Take initiative in organizing training sessions and courses for clients, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from beginning to end.
  • Mentor and coach junior colleagues, actively sharing knowledge and fostering their professional development.


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in business, IT, engineering, or digital discipline.
  • 4 years or more experience with SAP CRM or SAP Cloud for Customer
  • Siebel, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, or other software experience
  • Successfully completed several SAP implementations in the field of customer relationship management.
  • Analytical and interpersonal skills, committed to professional and client service excellence.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
